Savannah Quarters Championship

Players wishing to enter the Series 1 Championship at Savannah Quarters should do so online as they would for any eGolf Tarheel Tour event. The entry deadline is Monday, March 23rd at 6:00 PM.

- Sign up for the event online.

- Members must meet the following qualifications to gain one of 135 automatic entries into the event:

• EGOLF Tarheel Tour winners from 2007-2009 who are current members
• Any member making the cut in each of the first two events the series
• Top 70 members, in order, from the 2009 money list
• Top 70 from the 2008 money list who are current members
• Nos. 71 through 120, in order, on the 2009 money list who are current members
• Nos. 71 through 120, in order, on the 2008 money list who are current members

- Non-members may earn one of 21 possible spots via the following:

• 10 Monday Qualifiers
  • Monday qualifier will be open to members and non-members and will be played on the Monday of tournament week.
• Top Six (6) Non-Members in Earnings From the First Two Events of Each Series
  • Based on money accumulated from each of the first two events of a series
• Five (5) Sponsor Exemptions
  • Exemptions are at the discretion of the EGOLF Tarheel Tour staff   

- Any person who signs up and does not qualify for the event will be automatically enrolled into the Monday Qualifer at Tradition National Golf Club on Monday, March 30th. There will be 10 spots available in the qualifier. Players who fail to qualify will have their entry fees, minus the Monday Qualifier fee, automatically refunded by Tuesday, March 31st. Players who successfully qualify will have already paid for the event.

- If you sign up for the event, do not gain entry, and DO NOT wish to participate in the Monday Qualifier, you must email the tour stating your intention to withdraw from the qualifier by Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM. Your entry fee will be refunded in full.

1. Four Points by Sheraton (Savannah Airport) - Players must mention the eGolf Rate to get the rate of $75 per night. Amenities include high-speed internet access, onsite Cafe' and Lounge, fitness room, heated pool, nightly complimentary PB&J buffet and microwave/refrigerator/flat-screen TV in every room. Hotel is located four miles from Savannah Quarters. For reservations, please call: (912) 629-1500.

Directions - Take Interstate 95 to exit 104. Turn east and go about a half mile, turn north on Crossroads Parkway. The hotel is located on the right.

Any player who signed up for this event but is not on the field list will be automatically entered into the Monday Qualifier for ten spots. Any player who wishes to withdraw from the Monday Qualifier should notify the tour via email by Friday at 6:00 PM for a full refund of their entry fee. The official practice round for the Savannah Quarters Championship will be on Tuesday, March 31st. The golf course WILL NOT be open on Monday, March 30th. Players must call the pro shop to arrange their tee times. The pro shop number is: 912-450-2280 (Ext. 1).
